Shipping policy
Delivery Method: All Push Platters orders are delivered via an independent refrigerated courier service to ensure your platter arrives fresh, chilled, and in perfect condition. You will receive a message from our courier at 7:30am the day of delivery informing you that your order is on its way, with an estimated delivery time.
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to suburbs within 30km of Melbourne, with some areas of rural Victoria available on select days. For deliveries to rural locations, an additional fee may be incurred. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us at elena@push-platters.com.au before placing your order.
Delivery Timeframes: Orders are dispatched within 3 business days, with delivery typically completed within 4 hours of dispatch.
For hospital deliveries, please ensure the recipient's name, ward, and room number are included at checkout. We recommend confirming delivery details with the hospital prior to ordering.
Order Cut-Off Times: To guarantee freshness, orders must be placed by 8am of the day prior to your requested delivery date. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.
Packaging: All platters are packaged in gift-ready packaging designed to maintain safe temperatures during transit. Please refrigerate your platter immediately upon receipt and consume within 48 hours.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. A flat rate of $15 applies to zones within 30km of Melbourne CBD, with regions within the Mornington Peninsula included. Please contact us if you are unsure of your region.
Failed Deliveries: Push Platters is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Perishable Items: As all products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements due to delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
